Sell Your Books Pro - Games and Competitions - Terms and Conditions
By participating in the Sell Your Books Pro Games and Competitions (hereinafter referred to as "the Programme"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
- Eligibility: Participants must be active users of Sell Your Books Pro and a charity, library or school user only and use this as specified in the campaign marketing rules outlined in the individual games and competitions campaign communications. Participants must also register their game name ahead of participation to be eligible for entry to all games and competitions.
- Prizes: Prizes for the Programme will be as specified in the individual marketing campaigns. Sell Your Books Pro reserves the right to modify prize offerings at any time without prior notice. Prizes will be sent to the email addresses associated with their game name. Gamers who achieve the target scanning goal qualify as winners. Vouchers will be valid for 6 months and limited to one per user.
- Registration: Participants must register their game name ahead of participation as specified in individual communications. Failure to register will result in disqualification from the Programme.
- Participation: Participants must adhere to the rules and guidelines specified for each game or competition within the Programme. Failure to comply may result in disqualification from that particular game or competition.
- Fair Play: All participants are expected to engage in fair play and sportsmanship throughout the duration of the Programme. Any instances of cheating, fraud, or unethical behavior will result in immediate disqualification and potential further actions as deemed appropriate by Sell Your Books Pro.
- Disqualification: Sell Your Books Pro reserves the right to disqualify any participant from the Programme if they are found to be in violation of these terms and conditions or any other rules outlined in the Programme guidelines.
- Modification of Terms: Sell Your Books Pro reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Participants are responsible for regularly reviewing the terms and conditions for any updates or changes.
- Privacy: By participating in the Programme, participants agree to the collection, storage, and use of their personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
- Fulfilment: Prizes will be fulfilled within 30 working days.
