Shopiago Trade-in: what's changed?
New Product Name
Shopiago Trade-in is now called World of Books - Sell Your Books Pro. This is aligned with our wider World of Books business. You can still scan books, CDs, DVDs and Computer Games, as before.
New Colours and Logos
You will notice our colours have turned green and our Shopiago name and logo have been changed to World of Books. How you scan books, DVDs, CDs and Computer Games, and get paid for your items, all remains the same.
New Trade-in App
A new version of our Trade-in App is now available, under the new name of Sell Your Books Pro. If you have our current Shopiago Trade-in App installed, you will be able to update this in your device settings. The new app can be installed here:

New Login Page
The page you use to login to your account has changed. A permanent redirect will remain in place, so if you do go to the old login page, you will be taken automatically to the new one. You can access it via this link: https://b2b.worldofbooks.com/login.
If you also use our Ecommerce software, we have made things simpler by making the same login domain work for both products.
New Email Address
Our ‘support’ email address for queries has changed from trade-in@shopiago.com to pro@worldofbooks.com . Please make sure you have our new contact email address to hand if you need support from us with any trades. But don't worry - if you happen to email the old address, it will redirect to the new one. Please delete the old email address (trade-in@shopiago.com) from your address book.
Updated User Guides
Our User Guides for Shopiago Trade-in have been updated to reflect our name change and colour changes. These can be found by clicking on the question mark (?) on the left hand menu of the Dashboard, once you are logged in.
New website
We have a new website that replaces Shopiago.com. Our web address is sell.worldofbooks.com/pro. Users will still be able to login to their account from our website, as before.
Domain Whitelisting
If you cannot access our new login page, then your organisation could be blocking our domain. This means you will need to have our domains Whitelisted by your IT Department.
This is the full list of sub-domains that need to be Whitelisted. We recommend you copy and paste this list and send it to your IT team for them to whitelist these domains:

Remember to delete any old bookmarks, shortcuts or favourites for Shopiago after 8th April.
